Hydration – water
Since I have been working with clients since 2018 I have noticed that they all have the same appearance. They are all dehydrated.
The first thing that I am giving them as advice is, to drink more water. Besides that, they are literally thirsty, they all drink mostly bottled water or tap water, which is not the kind of water we should drink.
One of the examples that I had was with someone who always used to wake up cranky and with bad humor. That lady was always in a bad mood in the morning. But once I introduced water into her life, she changed for good. She could not go to the toilet in the morning without coffee. She just could not function without it. Her body was craving water, and she could not even realize it.
Your body should be 80% water. But through life, we just don’t learn to drink. Nobody pays attention to it. We do drink, but not what we are supposed to. People love somehow to be introduced to some special drinks, like soda for example. But that is not the same. Water can’t be compared with anything else.
As I mentioned before, the lady that wasn’t drinking enough, just could not say anymore if she was thirsty or not. She had coffee daily, like most modern people today. People need to fulfill their responsibilities, like work, studying, and taking care of a family. They need some stimulants. The world today is all about stimulants. Coffee and alcohol are some of them.
It is hard to stay on your feet when the world is crushing on you, I know. But coffee works as a sponge. It sucks all the liquids out of your body, and it also takes unnecessary minerals and vitamins too. When you start drinking coffee you just can’t get enough of it. You start with one cup, but before you know it, it is more than 3 per day. And then you exchange water intake with something else.
And yes, society. It is teaching us to socialize this way. I know. It is hard not to drink coffee when you are surrounded by coffee drinkers all the time. It keeps you on your feet through the day. But eventually, it dehydrates you, and with time you start to feel energy crashes more often.
So how to start drinking water when you actually don’t have the urge to drink water?
It is quite simple. Start changing your mornings.
It is like any training. Train yourself to drink. Even if you think, ”no I don’t want to drink right now I am actually hungry”, that is a sign that something is wrong with the signals that your body is supposed to give you. Our bodies are confused, why? Because we give them the wrong fuel.
Our fuel lies in our mountains, there is our water. Spring water is where you can go to get living water, but we all know that that is usually too far from us since we are mostly living in the cities. Tap water is changed, it is full of residues from all kinds of sources, depending on where you live. Rainwater is full of toxic heavy metals and other vapors that eventually end up in the sky.
I was fortunate to access the mountains in Serbia where you still have a fresh source of living water. That fresh, cold water was a healer for my body. It is only in nature that we get to know what the true living water is. Water that has a natural flow, in rivers, and oceans. That is also living water. But we can’t drink salty water, we are not building for it.
So, okay, we don’t have access to living water, but we do have water in the store and of course our tap water. But that water is dead. Dead water doesn’t have the essential information that our bodies and our cells need.
So, how to reverse it? What to do?
Add lemon juice. Fresh lemon juice. Adding lemon to the water brings life to it. This way, you are creating living water. Isn’t that amazing?
How amazing it is when a lemon tree processes water from the earth into the roots of a tree and brings the essence of life into a lemon fruit. And besides lemon, you can add grapefruit, lime, or orange juice. But lemon is the best option.
The other way is to put your water into the sun. It needs to be in a glass container or jar, never plastic.
Sun vitalizes water. It reaches it with the sun’s rays, and it gives it life.
Raw honey can also make your water alive. You don’t need it a lot. But if you don’t have anything else in your home, add honey. Honey is a micronutrient-based product created by bees that have that natural aces to flowers, and that combination of bees and nature is responsible for the essence that is present in the honey. Honey can save lives. It is a powerhouse.
Cucumbers can also be added as a replacement for water. Juice some cucumbers. It will refresh you and it will hydrate you. If you feel exhausted, drink this juice.
If you have a fever, or sunburn use this juice. Living water is in this juice.
Even if you drink a lot of water sometimes you just don’t experience that you are hydrated after all. Why is that so? Because your body doesn’t recognize tap bottled, or distilled water. It goes through you, but it doesn’t enter your cells.
I always compare it to the shower, we take our shower to flash dirt from our bodies outside, but our organs and tissues need a shower too, and you can’t shover it with sodas, beer, vodka, energy drinks, coffee…it will get clothed.
The lymph has to move and flow through the body, and the only way to do so is to add the proper water into your body.
So, drink my friends, You will feel a difference in a short time.
