Raw Vegan Recipes Part 1
Peas as a protein bomb
- Frozen peas (thaw them in lukewarm water until soft)
- Olive oil (optional)
- Fresh dill (or dried or frozen). The measure is optional.
- Salt
- Pepper
Peas from the freezer are soaked in warm water, not hot. Until it softens.
Mix everything I mentioned and put it in a large bowl, as a separate dish. Also, it is important to know that peas can be eaten thawed and without all the mentioned spices.
Peas can be combined with another specially prepared dish, salat.

- 1 cup of broccoli or cauliflower
- Two handfuls of spinach
- Some coriander, or parsley
For soup, sauce
- 200ml of coconut milk
- 4 or more tablespoons of coconut flower aminos (instead of soy sauce)
- Two teaspoons of garlic powder
- A little pepper
- A little hot pepper (optional)
- Salt (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of tamarin sauce

If it is for two people, put chopped veggies, mushrooms, red peppers, and peas in two separate bowls. Make sure that you have enough for both plates.
In another separate bowl for soup (sauce), add coconut milk, amino from coconut flower, garlic, pepper, hot pepper, salt, tamari sauce, curry powder, olive oil, and water as needed. Stir the sauce to dissolve everything and pour it into these two bowls for two people with vegetables. Soak the vegetables to absorb the liquid. If there is little liquid, add water.
Place these two deeper containers in the dehydrator. Leave to heat for 3-4 hours.
